"...let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us" - Hebrew 12:1
Our Philosophy
At Motivation Quest we believe in Kaizen. Kaizen is Japanese for “change for the better” or “improvement”; the English translation is “continuous improvement.” Kaizen was originally a workplace quality strategy.
We at Motivation Quest follow this strategy in our services and business. We understand the Kaizen principle is key to achieving the level of Performance and Motivation you desire. Kaizen is a daily activity with a purpose that goes beyond improvement. It is a process that eliminates waste, removes obstacles and barriers, creating a Mindset for success.
At Motivation Quest Kaizen is the attitude we choose to live. Creating this Mindset is essential.
Attitude alone cannot create the optimum level of Performance and Motivation. Belief and knowing our purpose allow us to use Kaizen effectively each moment of every day we live.
"If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles." - Matthew 5:41
As a Christian company Motivation Quest aspires to follow the example The Living Christ provided for us in our services, business, and personal lives. We believe The Bible holds the wisdom, knowledge, and guidelines to be the best we can be in all we do. Understanding God’s purpose for us as we journey allows us to set the proper intentions for living a Christian life. When our Christian intentions are established, the purpose God has for each of us is easier to live and follow. These are the key components in our lives for Performance and Motivation.
We at Motivation Quest are extra milers. We know from personal experience what can come from going that extra mile. There is a lot of wisdom, knowledge, and insight found through forging ahead that extra mile when you feel like stopping.
To get to the level of Motivation and Performance you desire, it may require SUFFERING. We believe in the no pain, no gain philosophy at Motivation Quest. The kind of pain it takes to stay in the desert for forty days and forty nights to understand, believe in, and live your purpose.
If you are looking for a quick fix solution, you won't find it here. If you are looking to become an extra miler, Motivation Quest will help you walk that extra mile to discover, embrace, and live your purpose.
